Fiorella was thorough, patient, and easy to talk to. The transaction was smooth and the experience was incredibly positive. This is a dealership that doesn't treat women any differently than men. I have always felt like a valued customer that is part of the Critz family.

My Review of Critz Auto Group:
Our service advisor, Chuck, is always professional, honest, and friendly. He is efficient, communicative, and never tries to "sell" us anything. His excellent and superior service is unmatched and is what keeps us loyal to the brand and the dealership. Even though we prefer Chuck, if he isn't there, the other MB Service Advisor, Tiffany, is wonderful, too. Critz has shown a dedication in maintaining high standards for their service department and it is clear that they consistently achieve that goal. The waiting room is well stocked with coffee, water, magazines, and a flat screen television. However, if it is a scheduled appointment, a courtesy vehicle is provided upon request at the time of scheduling.

My Review of Critz Auto Group:
Our previous two purchases were with Fiorella--who was fantastic! When she was promoted (deservedly so) we were given to Cliff. She chose well for us because he is kind, approachable, and won't make up any answers. If he doesn't know, he'll find out. Cliff's approach to describing a car is more pratical use than specs and gear head terminology. However, he never dumbs it down and is never condesending. Really all the sales people at Critz excel at service and kindness. You can't go wrong with any of them there. If they aren't the best at what they do, then they can't survive in that dealership--there are too many other options for great sales service. Our favorite is Cliff, though, so if you go, make sure you see him and that Jessica says, "Hi". That'll ***guarantee*** you the best service. ;)
