Great experience from start to finish. I actually was planning on buying a Volvo but they lacked inventory and prices for similar features were way more than Subaru. The service and professionalism of Sales Consultant Greg Johnston were fantastic. I bought my new Forester at Day Subaru Pittsburgh PA. It was a quick process. They have good inventory and sales consultants that are willing to get you the vehicle you want at a reasonable price. I love my new Subaru--probably buy another in the future.

I'm very happy with the car I found at Day Subaru. My salesperson Greg was very nice and respectful. Overall, we had a lovely experience with Greg as he did a great job answering all my questions and making me feel sure about my purchase. We had a very minor issue with the car almost right away, but Greg helped us to clear up it up immediately and easily. Overall a great experience in terms of buying a car, except when dealing with the financial aspects and paper signing (not with Greg). Things felt less friendly and genuine then, hence the 4 stars.
Greg Johnston was great in helping me purchase my Subaru Crosstrek! He even followed up with my multiple times to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and to answer any questions I had. In addition, around the 1 year mark, I was unable to bring my vehicle for inspection due to having surgery that prevented me from being able to drive for 6 weeks, Greg offered to pick my vehicle up and take it to the dealership to be serviced! I was very impressed with this level of outstanding customer service!

Greg was great to work with. Met us at the door with a smile, easy to reach by phone even on his day off, never a hint of high-pressure sales or insincerity. Since I was buying the car, he addressed only me -- even though my husband was present. I felt respected and valued as a female customer. I am happy to be back in a Subaru again, and my husband is already talking about how he will also switch back to Subaru when it?s time for his next car. I honestly don?t know why we tried anything else.

As soon as I walked in the door, Eric Alioto greeted me and asked how he could be helpful. Eric went over all of the features of the Impreza and was very knowledgeable about the model. He then must have spent at least 20 minutes in the car with me before taking it on a test drive. When I came back to pick up my car, he went over all of the manuals and features again and spent the same amount of time with me in the car before I drove it off the lot. He was very friendly and respectful. Justin in the finance department was great too. In fact everyone was very nice including the manager. I'd definitely recommend buying a car here.

Met with Eric Alioto today after speaking with Scott Pulkowski through email. Didn't buy a Subaru this time, but rather a beautiful 2015 Volkswagen Golf. They were very pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was very smooth. Fantastic dealership!
Before buying a new vehicle, we visited a total of 7 car dealers for information and test drives. In some places we felt that the sales staff were not all that interested in working hard to get our business. This was not our experience at Day Subaru. The salesman we spoke with, Eric Alioto, went the extra mile to give us the information we needed and took the extra time to allow us to make the right choice for us.
Eric Alioto did above and beyond what he needed to do to help my parents and I decide which car was best for me. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and their features and made sure I was getting the features and car that I really wanted. He was very professional and always checked with us to make sure he was doing all that he was able to to help us come to a decision. I was very pleased with our experience with Day West Liberty Subaru and Eric for my first car buying experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Eric to my friends and family.
The sales person Rich was very very nice and explained everything he did not make me feel like I was and idiot .Rich took his time and set my bluetooh and showed me every feature of this car . The finance man Dave was wonderful also. I was in and out in less then three hours . Every one is very nice at Day Subaru. Wonderful people work there.

Spoke to bill 1st n he was out on friday so he referred me to rich...who was just as great as bill to work with. I had gone to Budd baer several times n they just wouldn't help me with pricing. .. thsn I saw Days add on tv n call immediately. If possible n money could be passed by phone I would've purchased the car that wsy. But i was able to go on friday the 27th n made the deal n was very satisfied. Individual there were courteous. ..helpful n very knowledgeable. I just found out today that my granddaughter bought her used vehicle from ur dealership 2 months ago n was telling me how pleased she was with ur dealership. She loves her vehicle n I love my legacy...and dealing with a group that makes me feel comfortable is a plus.
The overall buying experience was excellent. Bill Harrison approaches us immediately and was genuinely interested in our business. Though he was relatively new to Subaru, he knew where to find the answers to our questions. The used car Sales Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to offer a fair price and more than satisfactory warrantly package. My only complaint was that the care was not ready for our test drive, despite us scheduling in advance. There was white dog hair all over the back seat and the carpets were dirty. Although we loved the car enough to purchase it anyway, the final detailing was only marginal. Again, overall is was a rather easy buying experience and I am thrilled with my new car. Thank you!

I had a WONDERFUL experience there. All the staff even stayed late in order to make sure I left with my car I purchased that night. They loaded up an extra set of wheels and tires as well. They were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I've been to other dealerships before looking for a car to purchase and there was no comparison. Most of all I would like to thank the staff for not assuming I couldn't afford a new car and not assuming I couldn't afford a brand new WRX off the sales floor. I also appreciate them not showing a car that I didn't want just to try to make a sale, I am very particular. Also, they made sure all my concerns were taken care of and my worries were minimal with the loan process, which is a big deal for me. Overall a great experience and I even will drive out of my way just to go to this particular subaru dealership for service, sales, etc. just from this experience.

When my 2003 Dodge Neon's transmission started slipping, I began searching for a replacement vehicle at 5:30 pm. I was home with my 2014 Nissan Versa at 9:30 pm. My internet request for information was answered immediately by Patty and I was invited to visit the dealership at my convenience. I went right down. Lori was available to help me with my purchase. She was kind, compassionate, and took the edge off what had been an intimidating task for me in the past. I was happy with my purchase thus far, and I am pleased with my gently used Nissan Versa. The only thing I would change is using autotrader.con to obtain the value of the trade. Since then, I have received nonstop calls from dealers even from other states. They are calling my cell phone, which does not have an unlimited plan.

Pete Savage really helped me out! I needed a car immediately, and he found exactly what I needed. He is not hard sell. He just helps you get what you want, and walks you through the transaction process kindly, patiently, and efficiently. He's the best!
The only issue was with the financing. Since we have lived out of Country for 4 years and just moved here, I could not get the rate we expected. Our credit is great and with over $150,000.00 in savings we still received a much higher interest rate. This was very disappointing.
Rich Gnipp was a wonderful salesman. He took the time to understand me and my needs for a car. He took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions. I felt like my business was truly appreciated and he has gone out of the way to follow-up with me after the sale to see how I am enjoying my car and if I have any other questions. I will definitely be referring others to Rich and buying my future cars from him as well.

There have been many times in the past when I've tried to buy a car that they didn't want to speak to anyone but my husband. However, I was the one that was doing the purchasing and financing. None of that occurred at Day Subaru. They were courteous and did not play the usual car buying games. I truly appreciate the way they do business.
Me and my mother went shopping for a Forester today and Day West Liberty provided up with the best asking price for our car that we wanted to trade in. The salesman was extremely nice to us and wanted to find us the best vehicle for our budget. We will definitely be returning once our lease is over with to purchase a vehicle from Gabe.
Gabe was my sales rep, ask for him. When I picked up my new car, Gabe connected my phone. I am 55 yrs old and not tech savvy. He took the time to do that for me and if he hadn't I would not be using that feature. Great Outback for a great price.

I have worked with Day Subaru on West Liberty Avenue and have used their Service Dept for many years! My parents have also bought several cars and used the Service Dept here. Mary Trombley, our Sales Agent has always been kind, knowledgable, and efficient.... always making sure we left very satisfied. I have also been very happy with the Service Dept and all the employees at this dealership. I would recommend any women to this dealership, as you will be treated with respect with and good customer service!
As I am a first time to purchasing a Subaru, I would like to address that even though I am not converted from Acura, I would purchase another Subaru because of the experience that I received at Day Subaru. I purchased my Crosstrek from Day Subaru about a month ago, and I was impressed with sale associate that I had, Khalid Aladdin. Unknowledgable about my original dealer, Josh Morrison, left the company as I was in the process of having my car shipped from the manufacturer, Khalid jumped right in to get my car in a timely manner. There was an issue with tracking the car, and no one was aware of the situation, but K. was able to straighten everything up within a short period of time. Once I spoke to him, he was able to get my car in a short time frame even though he was hesitant that it would come in the time he indicated. When I went to pick up the car, there was an issue with software to process the sale of my car. Since I wasn't able to return to the site, due to my job, Khalid met me in my hometown to complete the transaction. Also, I recently took my car for an oil change, and Khalid took time out of his work schedule to drop me off and pick me up from an appointment that I needed to get to since I didn't have my car available. I'm very satisfied with your sales associate, Khalid Aladdin, and his work ethic that he brings to Day Subaru.

Mr. Savage was wonderful! I needed to sit in several models to determine if they were suitable for my bad back. He could not have been nicer. He was patient, respectful, and kind.
My experience was positive. He new I was nervous about spending the money and gave me information about the vehicles I looked at and time to think about what I wanted to do. When one vehicle did not work for my price range he showed me other options that worked for me.
This was my first experience buying a car on my own, the sales team at Day Apollo made it very easy & comfortable. I never once felt pressured or as if I was being taken advantage of, it actual was fun & exciting. They have a pricing system that they use to ensure they alway sell their vehicles at the lowest price, so there isn't any negotiating. That was my biggest concern walking in as a women that I would end up purchase a car for more money that I than it's worth. The car I ended up buying had a small dent from the previous owner, the dealership not only fixed it & it looks totally good as new, but the gave me a really nice rental car for me to use during the week it was in the body shop. If you are in the market for a new vehicle & feel apprehensive about the purchase, I would recommend Richard Brooks & Day Appollo, they have a huge selection of vehicals both new & used. They make buying a new car comfortable & seem less.

I went in for my first oil change after purchasing my car at this dealership. It look longer to get my car finished than what I expected, but the people there were very friendly and I feel that I received excellent service. They not only changed the oil, but they rotated the tires, changed out a stripped lug nut, and then washed my car for me. All at no charge to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I brought my new Crosstrek in for Xylon treatment. That went well, but somehow during the process, the battery was drained and it had to be jumped before I could drive it home.
The vehicle service that I received at Day Subaru was efficient and through. The added incentives were willingly applied by the service staff.
I have had the car less than 2 years. It has 10200 miles. My drain tube for my air conditioning was clogged. This was not covered under warranty. I have owned numerous cars and have never had this happen before.I asked friends and family and none of them had ever had this happen. The cost to have it fixed seemed quite high. I did some research online and a cabin filter can be purchased for about $14. I thought $119 was steep, for the filter and flush. The cashier wasn't the least bit friendly, practically rude. I did speak to the manager and he gave me a 10% discount. Wow, that saved me about $12. If it had been my dealership and wanted a return customer I would have found a way to do it for free. I doubt I'll go back for service or purchase of a new car. Completely disappointed!! They got the sale of the car and didn't care about service.

The service department reminded me of a recall that I had forgotten about. They took care of the recall when I was there for an oil change, so that I did not have to return for the recall.
I was thrilled that the whole repair was under warrantee.
Honestly, I feel as if the service department tries to take advantage of me. They try very hard to 'suggest' services then act like I am neglecting the car if I say no. Much pressure

I always get my problems taken care of here. They take my concerns seriously and don't talk down to me. I didn't get an estimate the last time, but I did want the work done, and it was holiday time. Normally, they provide an estimate before doing the work.

I've been a Day Subaru customer for about five years. I'm not a car person and sometimes don't know the right term or the accurate name of a part but the staff listens to me, answers my questions without being condescending, treats me respectfully and gives me honest service.
Originially purchased my Subaru at Baierl. Tried to make a svs. appt. there, and they told me first appt. was 10 days out. I called Day and they were able to get me in the next morning. Their customer service is highly evident. This place is always busy, and they continue to check in w/you while you are sitting in the waiting area, providing updates and asking if you need anything. Also have a shuttle svs. to drive you home, if you can't wait for your vehicle, which is excellent. Would highly recommend the svs. dept.

Car was towed after service hours. Left a note with the keys. Roger called me the next day (Saturday). Explained the issue, cost, etc. was fixed same day.
This is a very nice place for service, both due to the service quality and the employees. I have been there twice and have been pleasantly surprised by the knowledge, professionalism, and cleanliness of the service area.
My first service visit was for an oil change. Unfortunately my second appointment was to fix the leaking oil from my oil change. There was a problem with the drain plug and not sealing correctly. Plus my oil sticker mileage wasn?t change to reflect the new mileage. Which wasn?t a big deal compared to the leaking oil but I like to be able to visually check my mileage for my next service. The problem was corrected immediately, and the sticker was updated to the correct mileage. I normally don?t check these items. We didn?t notice this until my husband noticed my car was leaking oil all over the driveway. We only noticed a few days after the original oil change.

I did not have childcare available during my appointment, so I had to bring my 3 month old daughter with me for a car inspection and oil change. Everyone working that morning was very kind and offered to help me carry her things to and from the waiting area, which was much appreciated. The area was also very clean-I was not worried about her blankets touching the furniture, etc. No one made me feel like I was a pain for bringing my baby along. I would not hesitate to bring her to another appointment if I needed to. Thanks West Liberty Subaru!

The guys that worked on my car were personable, efficient, and humored me when I asked if they would sit in the car with me to hear the noise I was hearing. Once they heard it, the assured me it was normal and completely set my mind at ease. I had been to a Subaru dealorship up in New Hampshire who was going to do a bunch of expensive diagnostic procedures to ultimately tell me the same thing. I really appreciated these guys not giving me the run-around.

Very frustrating. I knew what was wrong and it was under warranty. They charged me as they claimed the work done was not under warranty - bad experience.

By the time I walked through the door of Day Subaru, I had been to four other dealers, was beat up, tired, and discouraged. I was beginning to think I was going to have to compromise, and not get the features, price, and new vehicle I had set out hoping for when I began this arduous journey. Then I met Luanne Walton and the crew at Day. It was a welcome relief, and I knew almost immediately I was going to but a car at this dealership. In addition to the friendly atmosphere, this was the first female car salesperson I had met and knew it was a female owned dealership, that too for me, helped seal the deal. Luanne was patient, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable. Everyone was so great, and worked to assure I was happy and completely satisfied. I went in to look at the Forester, but once I saw and drove the Crosstrek, I was sold. Many thanks to the entire staff at Day Subaru for helping me find "my" car and renewing my faith! It was a wonderful experience and I LOVE MY CROSSTREK!!!!!

They were very busy the day I bought my car, so I spent about 5 to 6 hours there. Other than that, I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
