I was not shopping for a car when my car was in the service department. I was completely irritated with how much it was going to cost and ask the service man to have someone value my car for a trade in. As a result I am now driving a 2015 Malibu, I never thought that I would own a brand new car.

We were rushed through the process. Wanted to come back to pick up the new vehicle at a later date so we could empty our old vehicle out of personal belongings. Instead we were rushed, in the dark and rain to empty our vehicle only to forget several item that were never returned by the dealer.

I had come to joe van horn only after having the worst experience every in a car dealership, buying a car should be a happy and pleasant time, not at the other dealership,after spending over 12 hours and back n forth for four days and walking out of a dealership without a car is pretty upsetting. I had received a pamphlet from van horn sometime ago and just put it aside for a rainy day well my rainy day came. I called them up was told to fill out a online application and made an appointment for the next day. went in at 1:30 for appt. and by 3:30 got my approval for the car that I have chosen. I wasn't the easiest case to handle but the salesperson was understanding and listened to what I had to say and worked with me every step of the way. they got me in a car I can afford and didn't make me feel like I wasn't entitled to have a vehicle just because of past issues. I am very appreciative to Todd Neils for putting up with me and being a good listener. and for that I am very grateful. thank you all from sales to finace to service for making me very happy.
