I love my new encore! Everyone at Kelly was very friendly and helpful. I talked to Beth over the internet and she set me up with a pleasant sales person when I came to pick out my new car.
My decision to test drive the Buick Encore was "spur-of-the-moment" and uncharacteristic of me. I was content with my Hyundai Tucson; however, when I saw the Buick Encore I was hooked. My sales consultant(s), Nick Paxos was exceptionally courteous, helpful, professional, and most of all genuinely sincere. I never felt that answers to my questions were "dummied-down" so a "woman" could understand. Historically, my husband and I have always purchased our vehicles; never leased. Since my vehicle was less than one year old, a trade in was foolish b/c of the high depreciation rate. However, I was not sold on leasing. I went back to the dealership with my homework and calculator in hand. Nick went out of his way to find GM rebates and ultimately sold me on leasing. He thoroughly explained the vehicle's features, set up On-Star, Bluetooth, the navigation system, and assisted me in contacting Sirius XM Radio to cancel my current subscription associated with the Tuscon. I still cannot get over how quiet and smooth the ride is, all of the standard safety features, and how luxurious the interior is. I am extremely happy and will absolutely go back to this dealership. My daughter will be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future; I believe I have persuaded her to test drive a Buick when the time is right. Thank you, Nick!

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Kelly Buick GMC. I inquired about an online car on their website, and promptly received a call from Beth Wong. When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was pulled in front of the building and I was greeted by Beth. I was very satisfied with my car and this dealership and would recommend to all my friends and family!
Extremely pleasant and helpful in helping me purchase a vechicle for my husband. There was no pressure and were very knowledgable answering any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable, relaxed and happy with my purchase. The free popcorn was also a surprise bonus.

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE GIRL IN THE FRONT. SHE MUST HAVE SEEN THE LOST LOOK ON MY FACE AND SHE IMMEDIATLEY ASKED IF SHE CAN HELP ME WITH SOMETHING. i TOLD HER I WAS LOOKING FOR SERVICE AND WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE SHE ASKED ME TO FOLLOW HER AND SHE SHOWED ME WHERE TO GO. SHE ALSO TOLD ME IN FUTURE VISITS ALL I NEED TO DO IS DRIVE UP TO THE SERVICE DOOR AND HONK MY HORN AND COME RIGHT IN. I WAITED FOR MY CAR TO GET DONE IN THE SERVICE WAITING AREA WHERE THEY HAD POPCORN AND COFFEE, TEA, WATER AND EVEN KID JUICE BOXES FOR US TO DRINK AND MUNCH WHILE i WAITED. IT WAS A VERY DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE .

Our experience at Kelly GMC Buick was amazing!!!!! We had been to every GMC dealer in a 2 hr radius looking for 1 vehicle in particular and Beth and Nick went above and beyond to see that we got exactly what we were looking for and let me just say I LOVE MY NEW ACADIA :)

My husband and I went to dealership to trade in my car for another used car. I knew exactly what I needed to do but was not sure about what car. Was greeted by Beth and then was directed to Nick the salesguy. He greeted us kindly and asked what we were there to accomplish I told him and he asked if we ever considered a lease. I was not sure that was the way we wanted to go but we listened then all of a sudden he was talking to us about taking 2 cars of lot today with 2 leases. My husband and I over and over told him no not interested but insisted we hear him out. And keep ignoring our need and over talk us about leasing. This truly was getting me upset and distraut. Took us for the 1st test ride. Not happy with car and then when we came back after wasting an hour of time already the business side said we could not deal on a lease, which of course we told him from the beginning but he wished not to listen to our needs. So proceeded to take out 2 more cars and when I liked something was told again can't make the deal. At this point it was 4 hrs later and I was done especially our son. Then the business manager Mike Sorathia came over to Nicks desk and inquired what was going on. He explained and I told him what we came here for but have not been happy with outcomes. He and Nick had dispute in front of us then we proceeded to Mike's office. Mike kindly listened to us and stated he would find me a car. Within 15min he pulled a car around we went for a ride and I was in love. He worked with us on payment, etc. Then we go back to Nicks desk to complete paperwork where Nick left our a word of profanity in front of my son and we were stunned. He did apologize but really. We proceeded to just sign so we could leave for it was a terribly long day with him. He just talks way to much. Then as we complete paperwork he proceeds to tell me to fill out survey online and make sure that I give him 5s. What really hes telling me how to rate him. I work in customer service that was a definite negative for Nick. Mike I applaud you for if you did not walk into the conversation when you did I woud have walked out and never stepped back into your dealership. If I would need a car I would go back to Kelly but definitly ask for another sales person.
