This is the second time that I am buying a car with North Hills Toyota. Weds and the sales manager were professional and gave helpful information about the vehicle. You can trust this dealership to give fair and equitable deals. I highly recommend you make Noth Hills Toyota your first and last stop when buying or leasing a new vehicle.
I purchased a 4runner from Toyota of North Hills today. My salesman was David Pribanic. He was very helpful and friendly. He also has great knowledge of every vehicle on Toyota's lot. I told him my payment goal and he was able to meet it. I highly recommend him, please see him if you are interested in any Toyota. I love my 4runnner!!!! Thanks David for everything!!!
I received great service while at North Hills Toyota. I leased a Corolla back in 2013 and just recently bought a new car. Craig Conway helped me each time to find the perfect car. He listened to all the features that were important to me and found cars that matched my needs perfectly. I would recommend North Hills Toyota to anyone who wants great service and wants to be heard when making choices about their future car.

Excellent experience - worked with Les & J.P. Cruz - they were very friendly, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and told me to call any time if i had any other questions/concerns. I felt they gave us a fair deal and good finance options. I would definitely recommend them and go to them again when I need a car.
North Hills Toyota gets my unqualified satisfactory rating. I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was there late in the evening so could not get all the pertinent information. The financial director, Mike Hull, was outstanding. He emailed me the information I needed and answered questions. The dealership didn't have the car I wanted - so the general manager, Steve, obtained the car from New York, and it was there in 2 days. I received excellent information - no high pressure sales - and I now have exactly the car I want with the minimum amount of hassle. I would highly recommended North Hills Toyota.

North hills Toyota is THE BEST!!! I had outstanding help from everyone at north hills Toyota. JP, Mike, and a few others were all such a huge help in my car buying experience. I went there on a whim to see if i could trade in my loved 2009 camry and ended up buying a new 2013 Camry with 0% financing through toyota. Even though i am paying more im getting so much more out of my car with purchasing the extra 7 year care package and with the toyota care included i am set for 100,000 miles. They were quick, knowledgeable, they were on point with what i wanted and what i wanted to stay away from. JP came to my work to have me finish final paperwork up for the car because i couldnt get there. Mike worked with my financing and got me the right people to talk to he really worked for getting me the car i wanted. Everyone there just went totally out of there way and did their job right without pressuring me to get anything. I would recommend a Camry to anyone, its sporty but classy looking, great features inside, roomy, digital touch radio screen, automatic everything, nice interior, lots of room in the trunk, eco gas efficient, maintenance free for 2 years with toyota, and just an overall satisfying car all around. It was just refreshing to find great people at a great dealership that is right down the street from me with great service. I give them 5 stars and if there were more id dish those out too! Craig answered all my questions and even though my husband was with me at each meeting, Craig understood immediately that this was my car choice--and he directed his answers and help at me. It was a comfortable buying experience all around.

As a divorced mother of two children whose ex-husband ruined her credit, I was apprehensive about buying a new car and was also worried about being treated differently because I am a woman. I was treated with respect, Lez was friendly, helpful, understanding, did not pressure me in any way, explained everything every step of the way and was simply wonderful to work with; he made the entire process a happy, relaxed yet exciting process and I am more than happy with my new car, the deal I received, and everything about my transaction with this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman to anyone, but especially women.

Great experience! Les was wonderful! He was patient and understanding and asked me what I wanted and didnt try to sell me just any car. He asked me about my hobbies and what I would be using the car for. He really took the time to get to know me a little bit to help me make the right choice for me. He asked me multiple times if I was thursty or if I needed to step away and get lunch when I was overwhelmed. Fantastic customer service!

I knew that I was going to buy a Prius from this dealership or Baierl. When I walked in, there were several men standing around a desk talking. No one approached me. Les stood up from his desk and came to greet me. He did not ask me if my husband was coming. He treated me respectfully and as a decision maker.

I was nervous about buying my first car, but we came back to this dealership because we had a good experience a few months back when my mom bought her vehicle from here. Luckily we got Craig again who guided me through the process and found me the best match. He did not pressure me to make a decision and listened to what I wanted. Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership. Craig was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. We quickly found the vehicle I had in mind and I was satisfied with the features. It did seem to take a little long for the vehicle to be ready to take home (we took it home that day) but overall a good, stress-less car buying experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson.

I feel that my experience in purchasing my new vehicle was mainly due to the connection I felt with Nicole. She was very knowledgeable of the product she was selling and she listened to what I had to say. There was no pressure. I did go back and forth to another dealership but returned to purchase my vehicle from North Hills Toyota because of Nicole.
I was very nervous about buying a new car, but Nicole put my mind at ease. She explained everything to me in a sincere, understanding down to earth way, even though I had to have to explain several times because I was so nervous and she was nice and smiled each time. Since I didn't know how to really negotiate I feel I still got a good deal. I heard about it on a billboard.

Just do my oil changes here. Too far from home to come here more often for bigger issues.
The gentleman whom I worked with were very friendly, and very time efficient. being as I had to small kids it was nice not to sit at the dealer all day. And when they replaced my radio a few weeks ago it was in before they said it would be and didn't take as long to install either.
I am very happy with my purchase. The Toyota Camry is exactly what I was looking for in a sedan. The salesman was very respectful and did not treat me like a typical "woman driver." Wish I could say the same about the manager, but I had already settled on the car and the excitement of my new purchase outweighed his patronizing.
I was totally treated with respect-felt very comfortable and the dealings and education about the cars and offers were genuine.
The first appointment I had was double booked and when I came back the second time I was given extra time and given customized and attentive service along with sincere apologies for the mix up.

I went shopping for a vehicle myself. I was treated with the "little lady" syndrome.
