I will only come heee to have my car serviced. Everything is always explained to me. As for them being a dealer, they are always very honest with telling me what really needs to be done to my car. If they feel that it?s something that can wait until another maintenance is due they let me know. Most places would do it anyway and take your money in a heartbeat.

Took my Honda Accord to the service center. I was greeted, customer service reps acknowledged my presence and offered assistance immediately. The experience was good considering that my vehicle was purchased else where but being maintained by the prime family. When i decide to trade up, I will definitely be returning to Prime Honda!
Showed up a bit late for my appointment but was still assisted, which was great. It was a busy day, but they provided an accurate wait time that allowed me to get going with my day.

Car was brought in for a persistent battery/electrcal problem. After a discussion with the manager after no problem was found, he put it through another comprehensive test, found the problem and resolved the issue.

Good service but took too long. I was there for a hour and a half for a battery and wipers. You all never mention to the customer to check the site for coupons. You have a 10% off discount going on right now and if I didn't know to check the site for coupons I wouldn't have known.

Peter is the best sales person over West Roxbury location. I highly recommend him.The only problem with West Roxbury location is when you take your car for oil change employees are not Train good very they are very unprofessional they put in different oil in my car almost burn the engine people be careful.
Adele was my sales person when leasing my 2017 Honda Accord LX. I originally had called my very 1st time and he was the one who I spoke to regarding another vehicle I wanted to see but it was not available. Then he suggested of me to visit the dealership to view other vehicles. I explained in details my situation and he went thoroughly the best plan that would save me a whole lot in the next 3 years. Between Adel, my sales representative, the sales manager Ray Ng, and finance manager they were so amazing in helping me out with not just the car but the numbers when payment comes in the next years. In the beginning I was not too sure of trading me vehicle to another car, I was a bit afraid of getting a newer vehicle as I had a 2011 Murano. I truly recommend Prime Honda for my friends and family to visit and I truly thank all the staff who helped me and my family choosing the right vehicle that would now save me in the next couple years. I was concerned about pressure light being on. Serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested that I wait for tire to be fixed. Service was quick and painless for me. Love prime Honda!

Expected to be there 1 to 2 hours. I was out in a half hour. Highly efficient! My only complaint was they recommended a new air filter in the near future. I would have had it done then if they had brought it to my attention.
Decided to come back for first service appointment after purchasing the car in late November. Didn't realize the first oil change was free until the service rep told me. Bonus! Also had tires rotated while there. Asked how long it would take because I was waiting there for it. Told it would be about an hour. To my surprise it was ready in about 45 minutes even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon.
Prime always recommends way more work than necessary for routine and other maintenance. Dash codes recommended oil change and tire rotation ~ $80 (even that is overpriced), Prime was recomending some package over $200. This happens every time. I will not go back for routine maintenance. One hour estimate turned into two hours - typical.
Megan was amazing! We had difficulty understanding both of our Honda care plans and she explained everything to us very clear. Even went the extra mile to find out more in case she was missing information. She?s very honest and straightforward. Now we have no confusion or doubts. Thanks a million Megan!
Service is always efficient and courteous. I don't ever feel pressure to do things to their timetable they make it work for me. Doug has been very helpful and forthright.
If you are planning to buy a new Honda, or are looking for a dealer to service your older car, I highly recommend Prime. They are HONEST, and will value your loyal business.
