I purchased my 2016 Sienna Van at Rohrich Toyota. My salesman's name was C.J. King. C.J. was very patient with me. I asked so many questions and changed my mind numerous time. We discussed what I wanted my monthly payment to be and he worked with me to get the payment where i needed it to be. He gave me many finance options to choose from, which I appreciated. C.J. took the time to explain all of the options to me and answer my questions. C.J was very knowledgable. I looked at other dealers and I am very happy that I went with Rohrich and C.J. for my new Sienna. Everybody was great to deal with. I would recommend that you see C.J. King at Rohrich Toyota if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. The process of buying a vehicle form C.J. was great, he made me feel very comfortable during a stressful time. I would almost say that I had fun.

CJ King went over and beyond what would have expected as a Sales Consultant . His priority is the customer and their complete Happiness with overall experience of making a purchase or Leasing a new Vehicle. It is obvious that CJ relates to his customers and their specific needs with the model of vehicle , leasing vs purchase , monthly financing thru Toyota , Trade In etc Believe CJ is a good fit for Rohrich Toyota because he is a Genuine person , patient , not pressure oriented and has this natural ability to relate to his customers'

This was the second Toyota Corolla I have leased from Rohrich and I don't think I'd go anywhere else. They did their utmost to see that I got the vehicle I wanted. C.J. King was my salesperson and he was fantastic, friendly and paid attention to every detail I was looking for. The car is gorgeous, drives like a dream and I couldn't be happier. When they say the Rohrich difference, they aren't kidding. This dealership is there with you all the way and offers excellent service, the great experience doesn't end when you drive away. I would recommend Rohrich and C. J. to anyone looking for a great deal!

Ed gave fantastic service. He went out of his way to help arrange the trade. He calculated different financing options. He spent about an hour just teaching me the features of the car. He was phenomenal.
We had bought a car here several years ago and thought we go back, we were treated as if we did not matter and were talked down too, would never buy here again. My first experience was a good one, was sorta of surprised by it actually.
We needed a vehicle to transport our 8 grandchidren. The salesperson didnt engage or talk to me at all -- spoke to my husband. He also seemed to be very rushed and in a hurry.
Grat experience, treatment and deal on my Cadillac CTS I was trading in. Have done business there before and will again. Period.
My trade in was assessed while I test drove 07 Highlander. I worked with Manager until I got a favorable pricing.
When we bought our vehicle, it was just an OK experience, but wthe service visit was really great. The service manager was terrific and all went well -- the way I expected it should go.
Especially pleased with the attention and service from Mike Fischer, Master Technician, who worked on my car. He personally came out to speak to me when the car was complete and auto ran a health check on the car for me, at no fee. Gave me an update on the car and gave me an update on Toyota recalls and what the facts are. I was put at ease. They tell me when coupons can be applied.
I went to Rohrich for an inspection. I knew that there would be a problem with a certain part of the car which would fail the inspection. They quoted me nearly 3k for the fix. I ended up taking the car to a privately owned shop. For under 1k, I got the problem fixed plus four new tires, an oil change and the inspection. Clearly Rohrich was ripping me off. My car works wonderfully and is fully in compliance with state law. Go to the privately owned shops vs. Rohrich unless you want you pocketbook to be lighter. I have taken my car there before and never did I get the car wash that other reviewers report. I am nice to them, but they aren't nice to me.
I have purchased 2 camry's over teh past 10 years, and always come here for service even though the dealership is not the closest to my home. My time is important and they always value it -- and I have a clear understanding of how long the service will take.
Dont like the way they take advantage of women and act so much more knowledgable.
They wash your car - even when you bring it in for an oil change! Service fees are fair.
I absolutely loved my experience at Rohrich Toyota. I will never purchase my vehicle from another dealership. Corie Chiodo was my salesman and he did a wonderful job assisting me on finding a vehicle that fits all of my needs. He was incredibly helpful in explaining all of the features available and even assisted me in setting up my Bluetooth as well as other audio features. I have shopped at other dealerships and have found that no other dealship will provide a more fair price on their vehicles. I cannot describe how happy I am with my experience and will make sure to recommend to everyone, not only rohrich but my salesman Corie for their car buying needs.
