What are the criteria for being a Certified Women-Drivers Friendly™ Dealer?
A dealership must have ten (10) reviews to qualify. A rating of 4.0 or higher indicates that this dealer has the reputation of being trusting and fair with women and has earned its Certification. The dealer must get five (5) reviews each month or they will forfeit their Certified status and benefits.
For each review written a rating is auto-calculated and posted. Ratings range from a 5.0 (Excellent) to a 1.0 (Marginal). Each review will appear under one category - Browsing, Purchasing or Servicing. Scores fall into these ranges:

Facebook integration at no cost? Really?
There are no fees for dealers to use our brand reputation services and receive all the benefits – including Facebook integration of all positive reviews. None, zero, zilch, nada. What's that about, you ask? The answer is simple.
Our model is about authenticity. It's no secret that many women are already skeptical about their dealership experience and if payment is made between the dealer and the 'certifying' company, how do they trust the integrity of the standings, reviews and rankings? How do women write reviews about my dealership?
Ask, Ask, Ask.
- For customers with smart phones, it's easy to write a review. You can order customized table cards with your dealerships QR code and logo. Your dealership will receive fifteen (15) "WE CARE: Scan. Review. Share." cards for requesting in-store reviews. These table cards are given to your sales team, F and I manager, Service manager and Cashier.
- Write a Review 6 x 4 cards are easily downloaded for your dealership to print. Suggested phrasing: "Welcome to our dealership. Please visit an independent review company, www.women-drivers.com, and write a review about your visit here today. Your confidential feedback helps us understand and improve our customer's experiences." This demonstrates your openness to receive consumer feedback and inherently shows your dealership is very women focused. Sales associates, F & I managers, Internet and Service managers, and greeters can offer these cards. In the service area, attach the cards to the sales order or invoice. Also, place the cards in the customer lounge area.
- Use eblasts to engage women and ask them to rate their last visit (Click to see example). It is only sent once and each recipient is provided an opt-out option. Every month send a new eblast out to women whom have visited your store in the past 30 days.
