We met an innovative marketing company recently. They asked the Women-Drivers.com team to put their 'ImALooker' PDA to the test. While we were test driving the Ford Fusion Hybrid, we tested these devices.

Ease of use/functionality
  • I'm A Looker (IAL) originated by a family in the car dealership; the Collier's, who, upon greeting customers, heard just one too many times "I am just looking." So, they took matters into their own hands, literally!
  • Many customers do not want to be bothered by the classic salesman and now, IAL provides customers with an option.
  • This easy to use, hand-held device allows the prospect to interact with 'Lena', the interactive Personal Assistant, who shares the features and benefits and key aspects of the vehicle(s) of interest.
  • Lena provides your own personal tour, or, walk-around the vehicle - at your own pace.
  • The IAL devise focuses on the car buyer's specifics interest and eliminates the fear of engagement from a pushy or even not-so-pushy salesman.
  • Customers will receive follow up video emails from Lena. And, the since customers opt-in (or opt out). they are choosing to receive more information about the vehicle(s) of interest, the dealership, and any specials and promotions.
