What is Women-drivers.com™?
Women-Drivers™ is a social networking site where women share and review their Browsing, Purchasing, and Servicing experience at 21,000 new car dealerships in the United States. These real-time reviews allow other members to instantaneously locate certified women-friendly dealers in their city.

Women-Drivers™ collects the experiences, preferences, findings and demographics and makes them available via WSI INSIGHT™ subscriptions. These real-time, 24/7, reports provide correlative tools for dealerships to understand the exchange and experiences, educate staff and improve service to women. Ultimately, this will increase the referrals, loyalty, and market share of the dollars spent by women impacting your sales.

What are the criteria for being a certified Women-Friendly dealership?
For each review written, a rating is auto calculated and posted. Ratings range from a 5.0 (Excellent) to a 1.0 (Marginal). Each review will appear under one experience category - Browsing, Purchasing or Servicing. The more reviews written, the higher your Overall rating will be.

Certified Women Friendly dealership status is shown below:
  • 5.0 - 4.0 EXCELLENT WSI INSIGHT™ score; Certified Women-Friendly Dealership
  • 3.9 - 3.5 GOOD WSI INSIGHT™ score, Certified Women-Friendly Dealership

What motivates women to go to a Women-Friendly dealer?
Women have many options to shop for a vehicle today. Currently, most cities have multiple dealerships of the brand she is interested in, and also the internet plays an immediate, useful tool in locating the exact model she wants. In other words, there are lots of places vying for her spending dollars.

A Women-Friendly rating indicates that this dealership has earned the trust and reputation of being service oriented to women. Women are listened to, spoken respectfully to, and enjoy a fair and equitable buying experience here. The higher the WSI INSIGHT™ score, the higher the number of women who will shop at your dealership.

Business is competitive, and dollars only go so far. Being ear-marked as Women-Friendly serves your business as women will be prone to stop at a higher ranked dealership first. Conversely, not being recognized as Women-Friendly could keep women from coming into the dealership in the first place.

How do women write reviews about a dealership, other than word of mouth?
Survey cards are provided free of charge to each participating dealership/brand. These cards are to be offered to each woman entering the dealership.

Examples of who is to request she share her experience at your dealership? All sales team members, F & I managers, Service managers, and receptionists. The service manager can staple the cards directly to the invoice. Feel free to put the cards in the customer lounge area. These 4 x 6 cards direct the customer, or potential customer, to Women-Drivers™ website to share their experience.

By pro-actively asking women to share their experience shows your desire to get consumer, unbiased feedback. This simple act inherently shows you're already being women-friendly.

How do I buy my WSI INSIGHT™ annual subscription?
Registering is easy - Buy Now! - place your credit card order through our secure ordering page. Once you register, you will receive an email notification confirming your WSI INSIGHT™ subscription. The WSI INSIGHT™ report will automatically delivered to your email account every Monday in an HTML format. We are excited to offer more formats in the near future, including printable PDFs and real-time web-based analytics.

A WSI INSIGHT™ subscription will provide you with data for brand(s) at a single building address.
For example:
  • If a building address is 250 Prospect Rd, and both Toyota and Scion are sold at this address, your WSI INSIGHT? subscription will include both the Toyota and Scion brands.
  • If you have another brand, such as Lexus, sold at 252 Prospect Rd, and Lexus is sold exclusively at this address, then you will be required to purchase a new WSI INSIGHT? subscription to include the Lexus anayltics.
Your subscriptions will be delivered to the email address designated on your subscriptions.
