My Review of Bmw North America:
I know nothing about servicing cars, and they have been happy to teach me as I go. I have let them know this upfront (maybe not a good idea) but they have actually saved me money time and time again. I was told that I needed new tires and headlights by a different auto-body shop, I to it to BMW because of a coupon- they actually told me I didn't need either and gave me a free wash! I have always found them to be honest and do their best to explain things to me such as why something needs to be done, consequences of not having it done as well as alternatives or options I have. I feel confident and comfortable going into the dealership alone and knowing that I will get an honest answer. Nothing beats that.
