Everything was wonderful except for the time it took from beginning to end of transaction. In the two days that I visited, I spent over 5.5 hours at the dealership. It is all the moving parts that take so long. I am thankful that I did not need to finance my car, because that would have added more time.

I purchased a used vehicle in April and have had two issues with the vehicle since then. The windshield wiper motor broke and days later the tailgate handle broke (this was also broken and fixed the day I purchased the vehicle). Trying to get ahold of someone in the service department was a horrendous experience. I spent 2 1/2 hours waiting on wednesday to have my tailgate handle fixed. I was informed they "fixed" my tailgate handle. And by fixing I was told the clip that broke inside of the handle was "taped and ziptied" together. I'm not sure what type of fix this is but if it breaks again I will never buy nor will I refer anyone to the Day Chevy dealer. I also had to rain catch type pieces in the bed of my truck. One was on my front seat that I needed to put back on and the other was attached when I dropped the vehicle off for service. When I got home I noticed that the one that was attached was no longer with the vehicle. I don't know what the service department did with it but I'm not happy.

The salesman was very informative on the processes and why the processes had to be completed such as credit check. He had great patience and showed concern that I was happy with my choice.

I have never been treated so well as I was with Day Chevrolet all the way from my being greeted by Colleen Marshal to my sales person Doug to even Steve who helped me with payments and then Linda in financing how do you get so many wonderful people in one place even though I didn't want to stay there for a long period of time ,the time went so fast I didn't want to leave I had my Nephew make a appointment . I love Day Chevrolet. Years ago my husband and I went in there to buy a new truck no one would help us so we went up the road and bought one I vowed never to go back Thank God I did !!
The buying part was great but I agreed to buy a bumper to bumper warranty that has not lived up to its name and I have recently called and taken my car to get serviced and all the information about my visit was wrong including the date. I am very frustrated with the service department although Joe has been very accommodating as issues arose.
Laurene Willis is a wonderful salesperson. I have dealt with her before, have sent friends to her and will absolutely deal with her in the future. I feel confident in her abilities and integrity. I was somewhat less pleases with other employees and their lack of attention to detail but Ms. Willis represents your organization splendidly.
This was probably my best experience at a car dealership. We walked in off the street, no appt, and told the saleman exactly what we wanted/needed. He got us into the exact truck we were looking for with the payments we needed. We were extremely satisfied. Dave Loreski was awesome!!!

Didn't have the best credit but car purchased had been in shop more than I've had it at home. I don't think this car was ready for sale. And if they did not want to do business with me should not have wasted my time.
Overall, I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. I have a young child and all of the staff was wonderful with her while I was doing the paperwork which really warms my heart.
When searching for a new dealership, I went with it because it is female owned. However, as soon as I purchased my vehicle the salesman left the job. He was the only person that I felt connected with. I feel like I know no one there because it is new faces to me every time I go there for service and no one familiar as I try to figure out how your dealership works.

when I bought the Cruze I was assured it was a great family vehicle. I trade a Malibu in -- I'm sorely disappointed in the Cruze. I went in originally looking for an SUV, I have a child and want to carry her bike which we use often and its very difficult to put into the trunk. This is a good car for a single person, college student, etc...not for a parent or a family - too small and I feel a bit mislead. I hate this car.

On-star subscription was being forced on me at Day Chevrolet. I don't like the On-Star service it does not help me with directions at all. I don't like high pressure sales for subscription to On-star

My salesman was D. Burns. I do not think I could have had a better young man to listen and take care of our wants and needs. He is a very high PLUS for Day. We have been waiting for window and sun roof deflectors. we are told after 6 months, they are not made yet. But on the GM parts website they are there under out year, make, and model of out car.
Victor, the sales manager was great. He was very helpful, and put me in touch with a great saleswoman. Her name is Lauren Willis. She was very knowledgeable about everything in the car buying business. I would recommend Day Chevrolet to everyone that I know.

Car turned out to be a lemon with several problems. First problem was discovered when getting into it for the first drive. There was approximately 3 inches of water behind the driver's seat where the back seat passenger would place his/her feet. Also there was water in the front, trunk and tail lights. I don't know about you, but that is not my idea of a new car, but your people felt it could be fixed and we should be happy with that solution. :( So reluctantly, we agreed to let service look at it and see if they could fix it. We were expected to be happy with that solution, according to your people.Troubles mounted after service, the car was still wet, windows fogged up inside and it would feel like it was going to stall when brakes were applied. Also messages began popping up to service brake fluid and steering fluids, among others. Finally, my brother-in-law called and threatened to call his attorney. That seemed to get the ball rolling, but when we came in to return the vehicle, we were treated very cooly and all of the big shots disappeared from the showroom . The salesman, who appeared very uncomfortable, showed us two other Cheve malibus outside and asked which one we would want for a replacedment. We wanted black like our first choice so he checked the computer and said there were two in stock and he would have it cleaned up and we would get a call saying when we could come back in again to pick it up. He said General Motors had to approve the transaction first and that maybe we would hear something today. We came to Day on the recommendation of a friend and thought we would have a positive experience but it has turned into a nightmare! We have been to the dealership 6 times regarding this purchase and it still has not been settled. We have been greatly inconvenienced and would not recommend Day Automotive to anyone. This is the second review I have submitted. Perhaps someone deleted the first?

I was sold a car that is defective. It has a water problem and was brought back for service. There was 3 inches of water behind drivers seat and floor was wet front and back. After service, which should not have to be done on a new car, which was only driven home from dealership, the car is still damp inside and windows fog up. Now we are experiencing service light coming on saying brake and power steering need serviced. Have talked to many people at dealership, from salesman to higher ups. I feel this car was damaged before it was sold to us and I am not happy to be making my first payment on a lemon that we leased for 39 months. I would not recommend Day Chevrolet now. Our salesperson, Bobby Dunn was great but that is all I have to say that is good about Day Chevrolet. I am very dissatisfied with this Malibu and as a paying customer, I feel Day Chevrolet should replace this car, which appears to be a lemon from the beginning! I plan to get in touch with Ally today and inform them of the problem, and if necessary, call Channel 2 and report my problem. This is a new car and I should not be experiencing problems. I need to have dependable transportation for my grandchildren and this is not it!

This was a good experience. Everyone very friendly and informative. I was give the presidents Day discounts which made the price do- able. My only complaint was that the trade-in was less than I expected and less than blue book. So far, I love the car.

I called Day regarding newspaper add. When I went in Sales person had the add - reviewed the car in the add. It did not meet my needs. I told what I wanted and he showed me vehicles in my price range - arranged for a test drive, Went over the vehicle, answered my questions up front - offered me a tradein for my car and the deal was very acceptable. I bought the car.

I went to Day Chevrolet a few months ago to look at a used 2008 Chevy Cobalt which I ended up buying and I couldn't be happier with it. My sales associate was Corey Wier and he was outstanding. He was so nice and helpful and even when I need something now months after I purchased my car he is on top of it and takes care of whatever it may be. sold me a car with a fake car fax, it was wrecked and they showed me a car fax that didnt show any record of a wreck. then told me there was still warranty left on the car but there wasnt. they are a bunch of liars.

When we came back from my test drive, the manager Bob worked with Todd and myself on a great deal that was perfect for me. I left feeling confident and excited about my new car. It's so amazing how family oriented DAY Chevrolet is! mrs. Debbie is a woman of her business but has a heart of gold. In my generation we do not have a lot of business oriented woman to look up to and just getting the experience of meeting her was a great experience! Everyone is friendly and the facility is so comforting. My 11 month old son stayed patient for hours, with the kids area they have. I'm so thankful for DAY and I congratulate Mrs. Debbie on her credibility of being a women in this business!

Unbelievable! When I initially called to get an oil change I was told the first available appointment was two weeks out. I made an appointment for the oil change for today at 5:00pm. When I arrived I was told they did not have me on the schedul, but I could leave the car to be worked on tomorrow. The service advisor finally said I would need to be patient - it would be quite a while until they would be able to get to my car. I watch the commercials featuring Debbie Flaherty and wonder if she had any if she has any idea what is happening at the dealerships, I am very disappointed!

I get the same service advisor, Ray Peterson, every time I bring my car in for service. He is very friendly and knows me by name. He also explains to me what is needed before work is done. The only thing that would be helpful would be able to make payments for services done.
My vehicle was in an accident Jan 26. It took 7 1/2 wks for the work to be completed. At times very difficult to get answers or a date of completion.

I've now been without a car for 4 days with no idea when I will get my car back. I had to call today to see if it was a possibility to get it back. I didn't think it was normal to keep people's cars indefinately. I probably will not be coming back again.

As I do a lot of travelling from my home in Ohio to my Mom's in Pittsburgh PA every week, I feel at ease knowing if I do have a problem with my vehicle...I just call Ray Peterson at Day. There is never a problem bringing my vehicle right in if necessary or making an appt convenient for me! Ray has been so helpful, straight forward, explains everything to me and makes sure everything is done correctly. I appreciate the great job the mechanics have done too! I even bring my 90 yr old Mom with me sometimes and Ray and all the others in the Service Dept enjoy seeing her and making her comfortable and she loves talking to all of them! Believe it or not, so many people wonder why I still take my car to a dealership when it is 9 yrs old. I have shopped for cars many, many times in my lifetime. I have NEVER walked away from shopping for a car feeling better about my interaction with a salesperson than I did the day I visited Day Chevrolet and interacted with Eddie Adams. Eddie showed me three different vehicles, but was quick to hone in on what I was really looking for and proceeded to inform me about that vehicle. He knew SO MUCH about that car: technology, options, service, warranty, etc. I decided to wait on purchasing for a few months, but when I do, I will be back to Day Chevrolet and will definitely buy it from Eddie. As a woman, I have often been patronized, talked down to, rushed, etc. Not this time. I sincerely appreciate the time spent and information shared with me!
Sales person Cory Wier, was great! He literally ran his butt off all over the dealership to get us the vehicle and the price range we were comfortable with. Not only that, he remained very pleasant, and gave us so much information about the Chevy Equinox's. He is really a hard worker! Ended up buying an new Equinox, and Cory stayed with us until we were ready to pull out of the parking lot to go home, giving us extra instructions on all the features our new vehicle had. Very happy with him, and dealership.
I appreciated Corey Wier's no-pressure approach tonight when I was browsing at their dealership. I asked him to "just ignore me for 5 minutes" when I was first getting my bearings with the car I was looking at and he gave me space and calmly waited about 10 feet away until I had questions. He was down-to-earth and not at all pushy. He listened to my questions and supplied me with helpful information without giving me an overload of data I didn't care about. During the test drive, he let me just pay attention to the ride instead of filling the time with a sales spiel. At the end, he politely inquired about getting my phone number without demanding it like some salespeople do. I felt very comfortable with his low-key approach and if I end up going with a car from Day Chevrolet, I'll be seeking his assistance with the deal.

This was a terrible experience. They wanted to sell me a yellow car because "your earrings are gold!" During the test drive, while I was asking about warranties and horsepower, he was telling me how many cupholders the car had. Really insulting.
