After choosing the car we wanted the next question was how much will we get for our Infiniti we were trading in . That part of buying is always uncomfortable. But this time it wasnt Josh was excellent he really made it a stress free experience . Josh is very honest and made us feel comfortable. We left feeling very satisfied and I would highly recommend asking for him for your next Infiniti purchase .
Tari Steward was an extremely helpful salesman. He was very patient in allowing me to test drive as many cars as I was interested in driving. As my husband and I were trying to get a good look at the color of one vehicle, however it was a bit difficult due to the outside lighting. Tari brought the car inside the shop on his own accord, which allowed better viewing visibility. During my test drives Tari explained the differences in the cars I was interested in. This provides the opportunity for discussing pros and cons of my purchase. I was surprised as one of the vehicles was not an Infiniti brand, but Tari provided an unbiased opinion. I very much appreciate the little details when it comes to service. Laurie in finance was equally as nice. Many thanks to all of those that assisted in the purchase as they all stayed until 11pm to ensure our purchase was flawless. I am now a proud Infiniti owner!

Everyone from the sales (Clayton), to service (Brandon), to finance, to the manager, was absolutely awesome. Oil and filter change was fine but certainly did a poor job of cleaning my car and retuning in a quality fashion. This dealer needs to learn how to wash a car and show pride.

The Infiniti at Fife has always been great to work with. I always call to get my oil changed last minute and they never fail me. They squeeze me in the day of or the next day every time. I am more than happy with their service.

We purchased our 2017 Q60 3.0t in January of 2017. Great place to purchase. We haven't driven our vehicle much in the last year, but requested a standard service on "time" rather than the 10k miles; we have less than 4k miles now. After informing the service rep no less than three times, they finally got it even though they were told we'd had the car for 13 months. Nonetheless, when we purchased the car our first service was free of charge. Great! Additionally, there was a slight ECM reprogramming that needed to be done as well. We made the appointment and left the car for what was supposed to be a relatively quick service. Where I'm dissatisfied is when the work was completed, they provided a complimentary car wash. The car was picked up during the evening hours and when I looked at it after my wife returned home, what a mess. I would much rather have a dirty car than what was provided. Large massive spots amongst the whole car were missed and on top of that, the leather dash above the glovebox has been scratched. There is nothing worse than poor quality control and to receive your property back damaged. It may be nothing to the dealer, but I am unimpressed with what was returned. Our vehicle was flawless when we brought it in and damaged when we picked it up. Hopefully when we take the vehicle back they will do the right thing.
