We had some trouble with the way our vehicle was working so we took it into service and had a few issues. I worked with Brian Wiersma who isn't the person who sold us the truck but he is certainly the one who took care of us. He helped us get into a loaner car while we had our vehicle worked on and then he was more than willing to help us when we asked about upgrading. Brian Wiersma is a true professional and I'll be back to see the #carSergeant or CARSGT which ever is better

Brian Wiersma helped us find a car that would be suitable for my mother to drive around time. He took the time to explain all the options, features of the cars, and found one that fit our limited budget. He is genuine in his desire to find what what you need and willing to go the extra mile to get it for you. He was respectful and talked to us as people without over explaining or making us feel silly for our questions. He has a great attitude, patient, and spent at least 45 min helping my mom synchronized her phone after the sale Was done. Could not recommend him enough!
I came from 2 hours away, assured Jeremy and mai what my payment goals were what I was looking for and was even skeptical after driving 3 hrs each way a couple days prior to Elgin hydaui and being told they had everything ready when getting there they couldn't get me to my goal as promised and the rear end of the pick up was clinking.... However Jeremy and mai walked me throw everything and delivered even when I was ready to give up Jeremy met my payment goals and mai was with every step of the way even had to give up his demo lol these guys were awesome down to earth and even called and texted to make sure I was completely satisfied so far so good with the truck I can't thank these gentleman enough!!!!

I knew it was time to get a different car, but just didn't want to deal with looking for one. Alex Hamil took the time to find out what I needed and wanted in a newer car and I couldn't be happier with the results, my Kia Sportage. It's big enough to haul things in the back, but it's still easy to park. And I'm embarrassed to say it, but I like that it's cute too.
