My Review of Universal Nissan Orlando:
Victor and the Sales team were Amazing and I truly left feeling satisfied with my purchase. However, after 2 weeks, they still have unfinished business like paying off my old vehicle loan and I have not been able to get through to anyone from their sales or accounting teams. No one calls back so I am disappointed about the unresponsiveness and lack of follow up. Overall, my purchasing experience was great.

We have been to 3 dealerships in our search for a new car and Universal Nissan was by far the best. Right from the get-go everyone was friendly and treated us well even though we weren't trying to buy a super expensive car. Our salesperson Frank was awesome and very patient with us, and the finance person Norm was great also. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone! Thank you for a surprisingly enjoyable experience!

Words cannot describe the wonderful experience my sister and I had at Universal Nissan. We hadn't planned on buying that day, but the deal we got on brand new cars was better than the deal we would have gotten on the used cars we were looking at. Louis, out salesman, was so pleasant and informative. We never felt pressured at anytime during the entire process and came home with two brand new vehicles.

From the moment I walked into Universal to the moment I left my experience was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Eduardo Del Rio was my salesperson, and was awesome. He explained EVERYTHING to me in detail, leaving nothing undone. The dealership stayed open way after closing until I was finished in Finance. Not one time did I hear anyone complaining about staying past closing time. I have bought many, many cars in my life, and this by far was the most awesome experience. The food court area is a wonderful idea to have in a dealership. Not to mention the food, service and cleanliness is exceptional. Also, a nail salon-which is free if you buy a car. And most importantly Eduardo made me feel like part of the Nissan family. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Eduardo and this dealership.

Joe Cruz was my salesman and he was amazing! He took the time to show me all of my options and get the best deal for me, which was difficult because I have pretty much no credit history. Previous salesmen have told me even bad credit is better than no credit and just shoo'd me away. Joe actually made it happen and I didn't think it was going to be possible. I love my new Hyundai Accent and I was able to trade in my car for way more than it was worth! I had such a great experience here! definitely stop by, and ask for Joe Cruz!

I am located in California and called universal nissan in Orlando since my parents are living there. Their 20 year old vehicle finally gave in and left them stranded and relying on the Lynx bus system to get them around. My parents are both in their mid 60's so i was concerned that negotiating with a dealership would not be something they are used too. i spoke with Eduardo Del Rio and i negotiated the price for my parents. Eduardo went as far as picking up my parents at a Walmart with his personal vehicle and within hours they were on a 2014 rogue heading home. Want to thank Eduardo Del Rio and Universal Nissan for such kindness to my folks in a tough situation. Marcelino Luna Rivera Jr.

As a McCoy member for many years I thought the process of purchasing a vehicle would be easy. It turns out that I was not granted a loan with my own bank. I was recommended to Universal Nissan by a good friend who had purchased a vehicle from EDUARDO DEL RIO just a few weeks ago. I was a bit uneasy when I first arrived because you hear and experience all the stories about your "TYPICAL" car salesman?It turns out that Eduardo Del Rio was 100% the total opposite - he listened to my needs and wants and was very relaxed which made me feel even more comfortable with him. Eduardo Del Rio went above and beyond to find me a car that not only I could afford, but a car that I realized I should've bought initially. Eduardo walked me through the process of choosing the Sentra with the right options for me and my family. He was not only nice, polite, non pushy and treated me like a family member! "SALESMAN OF THE YEAR EDUARDO" made this stressful process a "walk in the park" and got me an INCREDIBLE deal in my brand new 14' Sentra. I couldn't be happier! Simply the best...... I don't even know where to begin with my experience at Universal Nissan of Orlando. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I started the process online and by phone speaking with Eduardo Del Rio about financing with NMAC. Everything he said on the phone was exactly what was being offered. Eduardo Del Rio went way beyond and above what one would expect from a salesman at a car dealership. I didn't exactly have a rosy view of car dealerships as I have had some bad experiences. But he assured me that wouldn't happen with him. He even went 25 miles out of his way to pick me up in Altamonte Springs and take me to the dealership where my paperwork was waiting. Then when it was time to see the Finance Manager, Josh Muniz, he helped me to understand that there would be no pressure or tricky tactics often heard about in Finance & Insurance. I have a different perspective now and experienced the way car buying should be done. Thank you Eduardo and Universal Nissan for stellar service.

I went to get my car serviced and I was assisted right away. I never felt so wanted by just driving up my car and already having an assistant. I only came for an oil change and even though it was quite a wait, I was distracted by the cafe. Time flew, only 20 minutes later after finishing my car was done! Food and having my car serviced? Sign me up please.
