Jared was very kind and helpful when it came to buying a car. Everything was done very quickly (when it comes to buying cars), and he was very friendly.
I called on our way there to see if they had the truck we were interested in as we lived over two hours away and I talked with Doug who told me they did. He told me to ask for him when we got there. He took very good care of us! Would buy there again.

I felt confident that I would be dealing with a reputable dealer. My purchase experience was The best I have had in my 44yrs of driving. The used car I bought had a multipoint inspection. The dealership changed the brakes and rotors They put on high quality new tires with balancing and alignment. The car was immaculate. The engine was clean and ran great. Everything worked perfect. My salesman Michael Moore was informative ,professional and honest. My husband was very happy when I brought it home and he checked it out. They offered an affordable warranty that gave me peace of mind. This dealership is an A+ in my experience

My husband and I leased a 2020 Toyota Tundra earlier this month from Ken Ganley Toyota. This is the second car that we have leased from them in the past two years. We have our "go-to" salesman, Anthony, who has been helping us get exactly what we want in a vehicle. We weren't planning on leasing another vehicle, but Anthony called us one morning and told us about the sales that were going on for a 4Runner that we were interested in. When we were in the dealership, we also inquired about the Tundra specials that they had going on and moved in that direction as a truck would be more beneficial at this time for us. Anthony answered all of our questions (and we had a lot). We had to wait a couple weeks to actually receive the Tundra, due to having to be shipped here from Dallas. During that waiting period, Anthony called us to keep us updated on the status and made sure that we had everything in order so that when the truck did arrive, we would just have to come down and pick it up. We also have come to develop a relationship with the manager, Justin, who also knows us on a first name basis. We have been happy with both of our vehicles! Dealing with Ken Ganley Toyota is more than just a purchase, they remember you and treat you like family. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We will definitely be buying/leasing from them again!
The dealership was very kind and kept checking on me and making sure I was taken care of while all the paperwork was being processed and waiting my turn with the finance guy.

Morgan had very good knowledge about the rav4. she showed us and explained the differences between all the models. this was very helpful. she also helped my wife set up her phone and some of the other electronics in the car.while i was waiting for my wife to arrive to test drive the car, Morgan offered to buy me lunch. overall good experience. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman was Gary Fritch, the nicest guy you'll ever want to meet. I am an amputee and I was looking for a vehicle that I can load my mobility scooter myself. I really wanted an orange Tacoma and Chris Pestino found me one, then I realized that I could not get the lift I wanted and get a cover for the bed of the truck. Instead of getting mad and upset Chris worked with me to find an even better option for me. Gary took me on several test drives until I found the right fit. I decided that the 4runner was the one I wanted in Red. Chris made that dealer trade and got me what I wanted. John Petrovich got me a great rate and was just so kind and accommodating. Everyone at this dealership is so nice and they just want to get you what you want and for the best price they can give you. To top everything off I had mentioned to Gary that I would really like to meet Debbie Campbell the owner and have my picture taken with her and her husky's. Gary said he was not sure if he could make this happened, but had me talk to Ted Cole the GM and guess what. They made it happen. Debbie was so nice and not only did she take several pictures, but sat and talked with us for over an hour. It was awesome! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!

My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4. I met the sales representative, Gary Fritch on the day we picked up the vehicle. He greeted me with a warm handshake and a welcoming smile. He made me feel very much at home. He explained the features located on the dashboard. He also installed the Bluetooth feature on my phone. He talked to me in such a friendly manner. I felt very comfortable in his presence. They were very busy that day, but he took his time with us. We even talked about our families and the fact that his wife, his daughter and I were all teachers. He made the experience so comfortable I know we would recommend him to our family and friends.
This was my first car buying experience and it was an absolute delight! Gary Fritch, the salesman was informative and patient. He answered all of my questions...and trust me I asked a lot. I walked into Day Toyota planning to buy my lease out on the vehicle I currently had. I thought there was no other option. The car had damage I could not afford to repair. The story is unbelievable so I will leave the unnecessary out. The interior of my 2013 Corolla was covered in light grey paint. When I walked in Ray Kling (a salesman) met me at the door with a smile and a friendly presence. It isn't what I expected walking into a dealership. I was prepared for the cheesy money hungry salesman to follow me around. He approached me like he was a friend of a friend. Not pushy, not hungry for the sale, nothing like that. I had the impression he wanted to do what ever was best for my pockets, not his. He spent time with me explaining my options and how we could possible get a new car, even with the damage. He explained what insurance would actually cover for me at little to no cost to me. I called the insurance company and explained the incident, sure enough Ray was spot on with my options. I decided buying a new car would benefit the needs of my life. Then we went for test drives and went over the options of the different models I was looking at. My family and I decided on the perfect car, and We love it. The showroom was clean and business friendly. The managers, salesmen and financial rep were extremely knowledgeable. Great experience.

I would highly recommend this dealership. My family received a warm welcome but there was never any pressure to buy or to take on a product I didn't want. I felt Gary and Robert were very honest; the information and advice they gave me matched what I had already found having done my own research. Great sales people and customer service
Everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Not once did they treat me like a "girl". All my questions were answered in a professional manner. Day really thinks about families. As most busy parents know going car shopping takes time and unfortunately sometimes you have to drag the kids along. Day provides a nice area for the kids to hang out and play. This really came in handy. On a girlie side - I LOVE the Day symbol with the breast cancer ribbon. I'd proudly display it on my new van if given the option :-) THANKS DAY for such reliable wonderful service for years.

This is my second purchase (lease) at DAY Toyota. (We have a dealership much closer to our home, but I was not pleased with the lack of positive customer service from their sales staff in my past experience there). HOWEVER, DAY Toyota made up for that negative experience ten fold!!! Mr. Gary Fritch, Sales Representative and Mr. Guy Lettieri, General Manager treated me with total respect. They assured me that they wanted me to have a positive purchasing (leasing) experience, and wanted me to purchase (lease) exactly what I wanted. Within 24 hours, they found, and had me in the driver's seat of the 2015 Red Toyota RAV-4 XLE, with black interior, power lift gate, and navigation system that I had my heart set on! I just purchased a 2013 jeep compass at Day Toyota. It was the best experience we ever had buying a car. Michelle Gumina was our sales women. I emailed her about the jeep her response time was quick. We set up a appointment ,did test drive loved the jeep. We got a fair price for our trade. I was pre approved through my credit union, but Michelle said lets see if we can do better and better they did 2.5 percent better. Our jeep needed car mats so I emailed Michelle and low and behold she got us new mats.The overall experience was very relaxing. Having only one month left on my lease from another dealership, I was anxious about the whole "lease end" process. Gary Fritch and John Petrovitch took care of everything for me! Dave Dobbins was wonderful he took a lot of time explaining all the features of the SUV I was looking at there was no pressure to buy he let me look around andand was very understanding of my needs to think about this process and discuss with my husband over the phone ( he is a truck driver) Dave was great through the whole process of buying my RAV 4 .
On 12/31/2013 I went into the Day Toyota Dealership and worked with David Dobbins. Through his hard work and perservance I left with my new RAV4. My husband and I started our research at Day Toyota with Rick Cronauer and he was very helpful. Then we met with Gary Fritch. He gave us so much information on the car and finances, I do not believe we could have done better at any other dealer. We had previously visited 2 other Toyoto dealers and they did not seem to be as interested in working with us because our cars. were older. After Gary sat down and explained different details, we had a completely different outlook on purchasing this particular car (Toyota Corolla S). My experience with Day Toyota was miserable. I had purchased a 2009 Rav4 from Day Toyota and went back to purchase/lease another Rav4. Gary Fritch, the salesman, was high pressure and pushy. I did not receive any paperwork, monthly payment information, or other necessities before I was asked for a deposit. The vehicle was not what I wanted and I was told by salesperson that I didn't need those added options - just to get the car as is. I was disappointed and stressed by the time I left the dealership. I would not recommend Day Toyota to anyone.

they were very friendly and we very helpfulling. they helped me get into the car the day i came into the dealership. not only were they understanding of my situation of adoting special needs children and took that into consideration while they we helping get me the perfect deal. i have less than perfect credit and it was a breeze getting everything completed. I didnt feel pressured and they didnt talk down to me. the manager even took a special intrest and assisted in my transactions. plus ya cant nbeat free coffe and cookies while you wait for the few minutes.

I came to this dealership looking for a new Corolla. I had the cash to pay but was haggling to a certain amount, and I hate the sales game. I drove 40 minutes away to come to this dealership, and was very glad I did. John Petrovich was the first salesperson to actually listen to what I wanted and not try to up-sell on fancy touch-screen or Bluetooth features that I clearly stated I had no interest in. While at first we had a confusion as to what my budget was, he quickly readjusted when he understood and found to get the boss down to my price. He's been here for many years and it shows - he knows his stuff and is very genuinely on your side to get you what you want at the price you need. I would highly recommend coming here and asking for him.

I took my Rav4 in for service, I knew that what was going on was serious. With the cost of repair and issues this car had, I decided to get a new car. I explained to Jorge the situation and the monthly payments I could make. He was very pleasant, listened and then showed me some cars. He was fun to deal with, made the experience very enjoyable. Even when I changed my mind after they started figuring things out on a different car. I have bought cars in the past but this is the first time that the salesperson didn't talk to me like I knew nothing about cars, he took his time to explain things, and was very pleasant . I would definitely deal with him again!

He was willing to take the time to show me whatever I wanted to see and even test drive two models so I could make a better decision on the purchase of the car I bought. My car died on Friday. That night I looked up cars on the internet and found the Day Website to be very helpful and very easy to use and it was the only website that I applied for credit. I was called that day and the next. I answered that Sat morning and went in that day. I was very pleased with the dealership. I had my Mother and my 3yr old son with me because we were out running shopping. The dealership was great and had a play area and was very good with my son. He loves trucks so they had him get in a very large truck, he was so excited. They also were having a cookout at the time and invited us to eat. They all were very nice and Jim was especially a good salesperson. He listened and understood what I was looking for and I originally said I was not looking to buy that day and they all said no problem and of course I ended up buying a car and driving it home! ( The only thing the dealership was lacking was a changing table in the bathroom which is common in may places )
The two men were very nice and well manned to me while at the dealership and still keeps in touch will me, I never felt so valued by a dealership. I would definitely recommend these two men to anyone trying to buy a vehicle.

When we got to Day Toyota we were greeted immediately by Matt Krohner. He listened to everything I had to say when I gave him the run down of what we wanted, needed, liked, disliked, etc. He said, "Ok, I'll be right back!" He came back with two sets of keys, we ended up leasing the very first car he showed us. That showed me that he really listened to what I said and put his effort into finding what was PERFECT for us. When we went on the test drive he was very informative about the details of the car. He was VERY knowledgeable about the technology of the car, all the apps (i.e. navigation, xm radio, hands-free/Bluetooth phone, and steering wheel controls), and various specs. He got us into our price range for payments, helped with insurance, and he even helped us get our rental back on time. He was an all around amazing salesperson and person in general. He made a stressful situation not stressful. He made buying a car fun, exciting, and hassle-free. When our car was finally done being washed, waxed and detailed it looked BEAUTIFUL! I would absolutely recommend Day Toyota in West Mifflin, PA to friends, family and strangers. If you do go there, like you should, make sure you ask for Matt Krohner because he will make car buying or leasing the most enjoyable experience you could ever hope for! I promise. Btw, The car we leased was a 2012 Barcelona Red Toyota Camry Special Edition with 24 miles on it-fully loaded. :)
I had been researching Toyota Prius for a while and finally went to the dealership for a test ride and price. This was my 4th purchase from Day Toyota and was pleased with my purchase as I had been with the other three. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and spent time with me on the features and all questions I asked him.
Generally, the entire time there and experirience, was a good one.
My sales representative, the sales manager, and the finance guru at Day Toyota were all very respectful toward me. I came in better informed about my purchase than I think they expected me to--and for that reason they might have not read me as a serious buyer at first--but in the end, I chose Day Toyota because I appreciated their courteous and helpful service.

We purchased this car at this location, and I find that there is an advantage treating were you have bought; but, my problem is that they do not offer transportation back (and from) Pittsburgh. If you have to wait 3-4 hours for service, no public transportation and a taxi cost $36, this is expensive and inconvenient... I don't know what other people do.
I had a wonderful experience! Trevor Bronder and John Mesko were friendly, knowledgable, and amazing to work with! At no point did I feel pressured to purchase things I didn't want, even though they thoroughly explained every option I had. They took they're time with everything and never did I feel rushed or unheard. Best car buying experience I've had to date!

Gary was a fabulous sales person to deal with. As well as the rest of the staff . The Prius is the absolutely best car I've ever owned. Love the car, love the dealership. The previous Prius I owned was maintenance free . Changed the tires and oil that's it. Never wore brake shoes out. 117,000 when I traded it in and brake shoes were still good. I now know why this is #1 car.

I spoke to Big John Donaldson and he helped me with considering a Rav4. It was incredible all the information he provided me and when he learned I was also looking at Subaru he was able to contact a friend at Day Apollo and get me a price on the the Outback. This level of concern for my comfort I have never seen in a Car guy. I will check with him before I make any purchases in the future!

I recently purchased a Corolla from Day Toyota Scion. I was greeted immediately, and John Petrovich was my salesperson. As a female, entering a dealership can be overwhelming if you're approached by a large sales force. John actually listened to what I needed, balanced it with what I wanted, and found a price range that I was comfortable with. He did not subject me to the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics that most are familiar with. The caliber of product knowledge and willingness to place me in the right vehicle for me (not the right vehicle for the dealership) was fantastic. To my surprise, John did my finance as well. We found the best warranty options for me, and at a good rate. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and experience in all aspects of my sale. I had previously visited a handful of other dealerships, and there is no comparison.
Karen Taylor is one of the greatest assets of this dealership. I am writing this review even after we did not purchase a vehicle here. She was patient, available, accommodating, friendly and the ONLY reason we did not purchase with her was that they did not have exactly what we wanted in their inventory. If I ever need another car, I am going straight to her, and plan on sending all my friends and family to her as well. A true asset.
